If you are determined to be an exception, I doubt the listing could be at the regional (Tuscany) level, where we like there to be no specific listings, but I could be wrong (and whereas your office is in Florence, I'm having trouble imagining approval for a Tuscany villa agency listing in the Florence guide), so if, after you've looked at the links I've given you, you believe there's a good argument for a listing, please make it at Talk:Tuscany. You may be able to convince me and other volunteer editors on this site if you make a good argument.
