Thessalon is a town in the Near North region of Northern Ontario.

[edit]The area's timber resources drew Europeans to the area as early as 1869, with the first lumber camp being set up in 1870. By 1877 a more permanent townsite was established. The town was incorporated in 1892.
As of 2021, it had a population of 1,260 people.
