Teresa is a municipality of Rizal in the Philippines. This town serves as a quieter alternative to nearby urban areas.

[edit]Teresa, a valley surrounded by mountains, is situated in the slopes of the Sierra Madre Mountains and is bordered on four corners by Antipolo on the north, Angono on the west, Tanay, on the east, and Morong, on the south. The town is passed by motorists bounded for the more inland towns of Morong, Baras, Tanay, Pililla, and the provinces of Laguna and Quezon. The town center is located almost at the center of the valley.

The town is accessible via the capital city of Antipolo from E. Rodriguez Avenue, which becomes J. Sumulong Road on its way to its terminus at Morong Junction. It is served by minibuses running from SM Masinag in Antipolo to Pililla.
