Lamongan (Javanese: ꦭꦩꦺꦴꦁꦔꦤ꧀) is a town at the Surabaya Metropolitan Area in East Java.

The topography in Lamongan is relatively flat with the coastal area in the north. Marine and agriculture have become economic drivers. Most people are Javanese so they speak Javanese with an understanding of Indonesian.

- Bandeng colo, a milkfish spicy soup.
- Nasi/sego boran, boran is a container made of woven bamboo for carrying food. It is rice with various special side dishes such as empuk (fried seasoned flour), pletuk (fried spiced drained rice or peanut), also ikan sili (fire eel).
- Pecel lele, a fried ikan lele (airbreathing catfish) with special sambal with lime. The dish usually sold in roadside tent stalls with animals pictures on the tent walls which are the meat in the food menu.
- Soto Lamongan, a typical Lamongan chicken soto.
- Tahu campur Lamongan, tofu with beef stew in petis (shrimp paste sauce)-base soup. It is different from other Indonesian tofu dishes which always use peanut sauce.
- Wingko Babat, a snack made from glutinuous rice flour and grated coconut from Babat district of Lamongan.
