Huaibei (淮北, Huáiběi) is a prefecture-level city in northern Anhui Province, China.

Located along the Sui River, at the junction of Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, and Anhui provinces, it covers an area of 2,741m² and has a population of 2.1 million. It administers three urban districts and one county: Duji District, Xiangshan District, Lieshan District, and Suixi County.
