Făget is a town in Timis County, Banat, Romania.

[edit]Făget is located in southwestern Romania, in the contact area of the Lugoj hills with Lugoj Plain, on the river Bega, in the east of the Timiș County, at a distance of 98 km from Timișoara and 33 km from Lugoj, on the national road DN 68A. Same road connects Făget with Deva, which is at a distance of 68 km. The town is crossed by the railway Lugoj - Făget - Ilia.
