Erg Chebbi is in Saharan Morocco. The dunes are one of Morocco's best Sahara Desert destinations. Erg Chebbi special feature is its beautiful unique orange colored sand.

[edit]Erg Chebbi dunes are bean shaped and cover an area 30 km long and around 5-10 km wide. This is a region on nomad Berbers, as opposed to Zagora and Mhamid desert where people are Bedouin Arabs. Around the Dunes of Erg Chebbi exist few villages: Merzouga, Hassilabied, Tanamoust, Takoujt, Khamlia, Tisserdmine.

[edit]Camel trekking is the most iconic activity in Erg Chebbi. Multi-hour rides allow visitors to cross the dunes at a slow pace while experiencing traditional caravan travel. Treks typically take place at sunrise or sunset, when the light is ideal for photography and temperatures are more comfortable. Longer routes may include overnight stays in simple desert camps located among the dunes.

[edit]- Medical Doctor Erg Chebbi Dunes (Medical Attention Erg Chebbi Dunes). The only village around Erg Chebbi Dunes that has medical facilities is Merzouga. This clinic can stop some normal sickness and help some extreme stuff as scorpion bites (no they don't happen that often, but just in case).
