Dvůr Králové nad Labem is a town in the Hradec Králové Region of East Bohemia. It has about 15,000 inhabitants (2025). It lies in the Elbe river valley. Dvůr Králové nad Labem is known for the Safari Park Dvůr Králové, one of the largest zoos in the country. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected as an urban monument zone.

The historic core is formed by T. G. Masaryka Square. Its main landmark is the Renaissance Old Town Hall. It was built in 1833, after the original building from 1572 burned down in 1790. It has arcades and decorative façade. Other sights of the square include Art Nouveau savings bank from 1909–1910, Baroque marian column from 1754, and a fountain from 1857.
In the town part of Žireč there is an old residence of the Jesuits.
- 1 Church of Saint John the Baptist (Kostel svatého Jana Křtitele). A national monument that was built in the Gothic style on the site of the original Romanesque church. The tower was added in 1644 and its present appearance is from the reconstructions in the 1890s. The church played an important role in the Czech National Revival.
- 2 Safari Park Dvůr Králové. Summer 09:00-28:00, winter (pavilions only) 09:00-16:00. A zoo and safari park with an African safari theme. Visitors may admire over 2,300 animals of 500 species of mostly African hoofstock. It has a reputation of one of the most successful breeders of many endangered species. - 3 Municipal Museum Dvůr Králové nad Labem (Městské muzeum ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem), Sladkovského 530, Dvur Kralove nad Labem. Objects from the 19th and 20th centuries, such as folk furniture, craft tools, fine arts, militaria and technology. Coins and paper currency from the Czech lands. A photographic subcollection documents the 20th century in the region.
- 4 Žireč castle, Žireč village. It was built in the 17th century by the Jesuits as a reconstruction of an older medieval fortress. The castle grounds are protected as a cultural monument. It serves as the St. Joseph's Home, to meet the needs of people with multiple sclerosis.

- 5 Les Království Reservoir (Vodní nádrž Les Království). The dam is unusual in Czech terms for its highly aesthetic construction. It is a popular tourist destination due to its uniqueness.
- 6 Braun's sculptures of Virtues and Vices in Kuks (Braunovy sochy Ctností a Neřestí v Kuksu). A collection of sculptures by Matyáš Bernard Braun at the Kuks hospital complex. It is an allegorical series of Virtues and Vices, a collection of 24 sculptures carved in two years after 1717 and placed along the northern facade of the hospital building.
